Joining our Travel & Vacation Club opens a new world of vacation savings at more than 5,000 resorts worldwide in over 100 countries. As a member of our club you enjoy "member only" non-published resort rates that are on average about 85% less than what the general public pays or what you can find listed on the various search engines on the Internet. Our club rates are often as much as 50% less than the "Best Rate Guarantee" offered by the Giant Booking Sites like Expedia and others.
Who can join your travel & vacation club ?
Our Club is attractive to anyone with a job who gets at least one week vacation. You must be at least 18 years of age to join our club and as a club member you enjoy no less than one holiday or vacation week during High Season (Prime Weeks) as well as weekly Hot Week Vacation Specials that change ever Saturday where our members can book a published Hot Week Vacation at rates between $99 and $398 per week- for the entire week's vacation regardless of the accommodation size.
What are the types of membership available to me ?
The SG Resorts Travel & Vacation Club offers several membership levels or plans. The Club was created for the individuals who have a job and look forward to at least a one week vacation. Our goal or mission at the SG Resorts Travel & Vacation Club was to create a "Living Beneift" for everyone with a Job who desires to take a Dream Vacation .
What is the Club's Price Cap Guarantee?
Membership comes with a price cap on all weeks listed in our Resort Registry of over 5,000 Resorts worldwide. Our members can book directly online from their own computer or call our Service Center and book with a Live Person who can not only assist in booking the resort of your choice but can assist and answer any questions you may have if you choose not to book directly from your own computer.
This site offers the Group or Association Prices and I'm not in any Group so why am I getting the discounted price ?
This is a very good question. The prices listed on this website are the Group or Association membership costs and not the price of an individual membership which is on average about 2.5 times more than the prices listed on this website.
What is the Group or Association Program and how does it work?
All Groups and Associations share the same set of problems. (1) They all desire to provide benefits to their membership (2) They all need to attract new members and keep existing members and (3) They all need to raise revenue for the Group or Association.
How secure is my personal information?
SG Resorts has invested heavily in state-of-the-art technology to ensure your privacy. Access to data is limited and security measures are strictly enforced. SG Resorts will under no circumstances share your information with a third party and has taken extensive measures to ensure complete privacy. It is imperative that members keep their login details secure and never provide these to anyone that is not the registered member of the SG Resorts Travel & Vacation Club.
Are Friends and Family permitted to use my membership ?
All peak inventories and locations are reserved for the exclusive (personal) use of our registered Members. We are pleased, however, to permit you to book accommodations for your Family & Friends through these three areas: (1) Travel Center (2) Cruises (3) Instant Bookings. Your cooperation in ensuring that all other areas of our site remain for your personal holidays is sincerely appreciated.
How long will it take to receive confirmation after I book my accommodations?
You will be notified within 72 hours via e-mail. Once your accommodations have been booked, confirmation documents will be forwarded to you via the SG Resorts website within 7-10 days. If you have not received your confirmation documents within this time frame, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sgresorts.org
Do Resorts have specific check-in days?
Yes. Each resort sets its own check-in and check-out days. The most common day is Saturday, with an afternoon check-in and a morning check-out.
Can we change our check-in day once we are confirmed?
No. Once you are confirmed, your arrival dates cannot be changed or cancelled. The Resort Providers do not allow us to cancel. One of the key reasons we can provide you with accommodations well below wholesale rates is that we purchase specific, non-cancelable dates as requested by our Members.
What if we are going to be late arriving at the resort?
We are more than happy to advise the resort of your arrial date. In additiion, we provide the Resort phone number with your confirmation materials. The Resort will hold your reservation as long as it has advanced notification of your late arrival.
What if I lose my confirmation?
If your confirmatiion is misplaced, we will immediately forward another copy to you. If you are due to arrive at the Resort in less than seven (7) days, we ask you please provide a fax number to ensure you receive the replacement confirmation documents in time.
What if I want ot request a destination that is not on your website?
We will help you. We do have access to additional locations from time to time. Simply let us know through our Message Center; we will attempt to arrange suitable accommodations for you. Please keep in mind that our search may take longer than 72 hours and prices may be higher than our normal Club Prices.
